Chipotle rolled out it's queso recipe back in September of 2017 to a TON of mixed reviews, mainly because of it's grainy texture - but guess what?! Chipotle is bringing a brand new queso, "Queso Blanco" on Thursday - that's right - TOMORROW! The new queso is made with 13 ingredients, including Monterey Jack, white cheddar, serrano, poblano, and chipotle peppers, and contains no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, according to People.
One of my favorite things is white cheese - especially at Mexican restaurants and I couldn't be more excited today!
