BREAKING: Vanessa Bryant Suing Helicopter Company

About a month after the helicopter crash that took the lives of 7 people, Kobe Bryant's widow, Vanessa Bryant, is suing the helicopter company for 'wrongful death', claiming the pilot was reckless.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit alleges Island Express was only allowed to fly under visual flight rules, and the conditions the day of the crash were not conducive for such flying. The lawsuit states the pilot was going 180 miles per hour in heavy fog with a steady decline - it's also asking for damages for 'pre-impact' terror - which is damages for the emotional trauma that they suffered as they realized they were going to crash.

Story developing.
