Nick Carter Granted 1 Year Restraining Order Against Aaron Who Didn't Show

It's been a crazy passed few months for the Carter clan.

Nick Carter has been granted a one-year restraining order against his younger brother, Aaron, who didn't show up to court today.

Aaron Carter, however, DID show up to court yesterday in a case against his twin sister, Angel, and she was granted the one-year restraining order as well against Aaron, and both orders prohibit Aaron from contacting Angel and Nick and their respective families for a year. The judge also ordered him to surrender any firearms in his possession as well as being prohibited from owning any.

According to E! Online, This came as a devastating blow to the musician, who claims his family fabricated all of their allegations. "I am devastated by what happened in court today," Aaron wrote on Instagram on Tuesday. "My sister lied over and over in an effort take away my 2nd amendment rights and she did it on behalf of my brother to silence me talking about how he raped and sexually assaulted multiple women."

He even posted a photo of Nick's rape accuser, Melissa Schuman, and him high fiving outside of the court room??

Then, after a series of tweets last night after court, Aaron said, "Lost my court case...lost everything...gotta move ASAP." "Going on vacation..." knowing full-well he had a court case with Nick today, and after news broke of him not showing up to court today, tweeted "Duped my bro gave him a sleepless night, thinking he would have to face his accuser Melissa, my legal team and I was I don't have to talk to them for a year," "Got him practicing what wearing a suit to court will feel like when he faces his accusers #igotthatlastlaugh," when in reality...none of this makes sense.

We'll keep y'all updated.
