'Breaking Bad' Real Life: College Professors Make Meth in School Lab

Terry David Bateman, 45, and Bradley Allen Rowland, 40, both chemistry professors at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, were taken into custody Friday due to illegally producing methamphetamine in their chemistry lab, according to People.

Apparently, someone reported a chemical odor and the lab was closed for 3 weeks due to filtering the air and removing several windows to air the lab out.

Both Bateman and Rowland have been on administrative leave since October 11th, but are currently 'facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia', per People.

'Breaking Bad' was a critically acclaimed tv show that spanned 2008-2013.
