The former-child star of the hit movie, "E.T., The Extra Terrestrial" was arrested last night in Oregon on suspicion of a DUI.
Henry Thomas, 48, was arrested after another driver called it in that he was just stopped in the middle of a residential intersection, asleep at the wheel.
According to People Magazine, Thomas had to be woken up by officers and while there was no alcohol in the vehicle, he had other signs pointing that he had been drinking and is apparently still in police custody as of right no. He’s been booked for misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants.
