The Jonas Brothers just continue to make my heart burst.
The day before their concert, 16-year-old Lily Jordan posted a photo on her Instagram, tagging the Jonas Brothers, explaining that due to her chemotherapy treatments she wouldn't be able to attend their concert at Hersheypark Stadium that she had tickets for. But the catch was, she was at the Penn State Children's Hospital directly across the street - so she decided to see if the power of social media would help her.
