VIDEO: Man Rescues Couple Trapped in Vehicle in Flooding in Baltimore

Baltimore has been getting a ton of rain over the last couple of days - and the cameras were in the right place at the right time yesterday.

In downtown Highlandtown yesterday, FOX Baltimore sent a camera crew to cover the floods, and while the cameras were rolling, someone misjudged how much water was on the road and immediately started sinking. Without hesitation, Bob Miller, resident and worker of Eastern Avenue, jumped the fence to go help rescue the couple who were trapped inside of a drowning car.

His cheerful response to it all? "These people, I guess they thought they had boats instead of Ford vans...the fishing's good down, and the crabbing! Bring your bait and come on down!"
