The can is SUPER cute - covered in colorful confetti around the legendary Dr. Pepper logo - and it's titled "Icing On The Cake."
But you can only get it if you're a part of the Dr. Pepper "Pepper Pack". What is the "Pepper Pack" exactly? It's Dr. Pepper's own brand ambassador program, which if chosen, there's obviously rules you have to go by, including certain hashtags while participating to potentially get 'free products and other incentives such as but not limited to discounts, coupons, and gift certificates as compensation,' according to Bustle.
