Viral: Alligator Finally Caught in Chicago, named 'Chance the Snapper'

An alligator that had been loose for nearly a week in Chicago's Humboldt Park has been safely caught.

'Chance the Snapper' had been loose and even caused Humboldt Park to be partially shut down. He in an alligator between 4 and 5 feet long. The police in Chicago have a feeling that someone had illegally owned 'Chance the Snapper' and he became too big for their house, so they let him loose, even though it's rare to see them in the wild.

Either way, Chicago now feels safer now that the alligator has been caught, and there will be a news conference to tells us where Chance is going to end up!
