The makeup store, Sephora, will close it's store doors this week.
The reason? Inclusion training for it's employees, just one month after singer, SZA, said that she was racially profiled at a California store.
Wednesday morning, the doors will close to all Sephora stores including distribution centers and corporate office for every single employee to complete the training. Sephora said "these values have always been at the heart of Sephora and we're excited to welcome everyone when we reopen."
Sephora wants to make sure that we celebrate our difference, champion in beauty and live with courage while standing fearlessly together.
