I'd be LYYYYYYYYING if I said that sometimes I enjoy the fried chicken skin WAY more than the actual chicken under it - especially Kentucky Fried Chicken's chicken skin. The seasoning is just so salty and GOODT.

Well, Chick N' Skin is a restaurant that opened in Southern California - and they sell just what it's called: FRIED CHICKEN SKIN.

Their website describes it as a healthy alternative to a potato chip - seriously! There's only ONE CARB PER SERVING AND TBH - I'D EAT LIKE 5 SERVINGS IF THAT'S THE CASE.
