Tim Williams, the man, the myth, the legend, the face of the Trivago commericials was found passed out at the wheel on Wednesday around 3:15pm...PM (yes, we're serious)...in Houston. According to TMZ, he was found with his foot on the brake while moving slowly in traffic. He bombed his sobriety test and is no longer is custody after posting his bond.
