Love her or hate her for WHATEVER CRAZY REASON YOU'VE MADE UP IN YOUR HEAD, what you can't take away from the girl is how she treats her fans. Taylor is known for inviting her biggest fans to her ACTUAL house to hang out with her, and grabs her biggest fans from the audience to come meet her backstage at her shows...it's incredible.
So when she heard one of her fans got into an accident, of COURSE she sent flowers and a handwritten note to her - and she can't stop crying. TBH, neither can we.
