A father has been accused of stealing $740 worth of his daughter's Girl Scout cookie money...oh wait...AND FAKING A BURGLARY TO COVER IT UP.
Yeahhhhh, this something we can't make up.
According to KTVU, Brian Couture of Forest Grove, Oregon faces charges including a false report and improper use of an emergency reporting system, after calling 911 reporting a home invasion on March 6th.
Not much more is being said about the crime, even though it's being said that Couture "admitted the incident was staged", yet, he plead "not guilty" to both charges.
