We will officially have to wait six months...but a "Bird Box" sequel is officially happening!
Author Josh Malerman confired that there will be a post-apocalyptic "Bird Box Novel" on October 1st, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Because of the title, everyone is pretty much thinking that it's going to focus on the main character of the original "Bird Box", rather than coming up with a new set of characters.
Malerman said "...as much as I care about boy and girl, this isn't their story. The 'Bird Box' world is Malorie's story."
We can't guarantee, but pretty much can that it may even be bigger than the first one and we can't wait!
