2-Year-Old Fights for Her Life After Being Shot By Stray Bullet

So sad.

2-year-old Ariel Salaices of Johnson County, Tennessee was playing outside with her brother on Friday afternoon when she suddenly fell off of a slide and walked to the porch and collapsed, shot in the head.

WSET reports that it was apparently by a stray bullet.

Sheriff Edward Tester says this is proof that shooting for sport is dangerous around homes. "...that bullet may not stop where you want it to."

The community is concerned as well as sending up prayers for this sweet one. The sheriff also said that there is no law in the county against shooting a firearm, but poor, sweet Ariel is fighting for her life.
