Young adults are choosing early bedtime habits over late-night partying, signaling a growing understanding of the important relationship between sleep and health.

Those around the ages of 18 and 35 now prefer to get enough shuteye, reporting an average of nine hours and twenty-eight minutes per night.

This lifestyle is affecting more than just our at home lives, as companies adjust to their customers' shifting preferences. Once associated with nightlife, bars are now hosting daytime events and matinee dance parties in response to the younger generation's changing preferences.

Yelp reservations indicate a significant uptick in early dinner seatings, with reservations between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

It seems like the party is over by 8:30PM for us youngsters! How long do you think we can keep up the healthy sleep schedule until we go back to our own ways of staying up to watch all the TikToks on our phone?
