When is the Best Time To Brush Your Teeth in The Morning?

When is the best time to brush your teeth in the morning? Before or after you eat breakfast?

It's a debate that rages on, but dentists are setting the record straight!

One dentist, Dr. Jay Joshi, said quote, “Brushing your teeth after breakfast is considered beneficial for oral health because it helps protect your teeth from the potential harm caused by acidic foods and beverages."

But don't brush your teeth RIGHT after you eat/ drink because it can cause damage because the enamal will be in a vulnerable state.

It is recommended to WAIT 30 minutes to brush your teeth. Dr Joshi says, quote, “Waiting about 30 minutes after eating allows your saliva to help neutralize acids and remineralize your teeth, reducing the risk of damage."
