A Veteran in White Marsh is turning 95 on August 6th and to make his birthday extra special this year, his family is asking people to send him birthday cards!! Harry Allender, Sr. grew up in Baltimore and served in the Korean War. He also worked for the Baltimore Police Department for 32 years.
