Workers value paid time off more than having employer-funded health insurance, according to new research.
A Pew Research Center report called “How Americans view their jobs” finds 62% of the 59-hundred people polled say it’s “extremely” important to have paid time off for vacations and sick time, compared to the 51% who say employer-funded health insurance is “extremely” important.
The report also finds that nearly half of workers who do get paid time off don’t use it all.
