Traveler Breaks Into Stranger's House Thinking It Was His Airbnb

A man visiting South Florida for a wedding accidentally broke into a stranger's house thinking it was his AirBNB.

He arrived at the home about 2 am, entered the home following the instructions from AirBNB and fell asleep. He woke up the next morning to the homeowner knocking on the door.

Paul Drecksler says “The next morning, I get woken up by a knock on the door. I was surprised the guy even knocked on his own door. He goes, ‘Hey, can I help you? This is my house,’ and I’m like, ‘Um, no, this is an Airbnb that I rented.’ He goes, ‘No, this is my house."

The homeowner was understanding and escorted Paul off the property.

Turns out Paul accidentally got the address wrong, his AirBNB was the house next door.
