Less Than 1 in 4 People Have Asked For a Raise

According to a new survey, less than 1 in 4 people have asked for a raise at their current job.

In this survey, 5,590 working Americans were asked if they have ever asked for a raise with their current employer. Over one-third of adults have never asked for one.

Of those who have asked for a raise, only 17% actually got it, 6% were denied.
