In Spain, cops were called to an apartment over a noise complaint. Someone was blasting music and keeping neighbors awake. When they arrived, cops discovered the neighbor was out of town, but his cat was home alone. Turns out Mr. Whiskers turned the stereo ALL THE WAY UP with his little paw.
