This is a whole new level of creepy.
A woman on reddit posted a screenshot of a text she got from a guy, sounds normal enough. Here's the thing. She never gave him her phone number. In fact, This guy got her number FROM HER DOG'S COLLAR.
She was out walking her dog, when this guy stopped her and asked if he could pet her dog, which she said yes. Then she got this text:
WHAT?? No, That's not a thing. Please immediately block this person.
