What To Eat Before & After Your Covid-19 Vaccine

A TON of people just became eligible to get the COVID-19 vaccine sometime this month and with a lot of people having varying levels of reactions, we wanted to create a list of the doctor-recommended foods and drinks to have when you get vaccinated.

Here’s a list of foods and drinks to try:

  • Ginger – Having ginger, most easily in tea, can help reduce feelings of nausea
  • Water Or Tea - Drinking healthy fluids can help you stay hydrated before and after your vaccine.
  • Don’t Fast, Juice or Detox – Your body needs protein to kick the vaccine into gear
  • Mediterranean-Style Diets – Eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, Omega-3 and monounsaturated fats
  • Chicken soup – Always an excellent choice If you make it with plenty of veggies
