Let's just preface this blog right away that if your condom has a hole in it that you should NOT use it and should properly dispose of it, but for some reason a company in California is trying to get condoms with holes in them developed and sold.
The company is called Powell Development Group and their newest product is called the "Galactic Cap Frenny" and has a protected hole at the top to apparently increase stimulation.
It's worth pointing out at this stage the product they're talking about here is only in development, and has not been approved by any body such as the FDA, but as of right now they only had six out of 98 testers report a leak in the condom.
They might want to go back to the drawing board with this concept!
