Where are these companies? Stick around the tech field – experts say they’re about seven-times more likely to offer such a perk.
Keep in mind that the two-week vacation sitch common in the United States is being eclipsed by the UK,which gives employees 28-days off every year!
But get this – even in companies where your vacay days are unlimited, do you wanna guess how many days people are actually taking? According to the HR company, Namely, employees in America only take an average of 13-days off every year.
