A couple can't get away from a truck that kept hitting them... ON A BRIDGE!!!!! They eventually didn't let him get away, and stopped when he stopped to fix his front bumper, because they didn't want the cops to not catch him.
In the end, the bad guys were caught.... but not arrested for all the terror... at least not yet.
