We currently live in the age of cars, where things are becoming beyond futuristic; in fact, they're even becoming a tad tacky if you ask me! Alleged concept art for Jaguar’s new electric vehicles has leaked online ahead of its reveal at Miami Art Week. The concept art teases a car much like other luxury brands going into their futuristic era. In the leaked pictures, you can see two Jaguar SUV's in pastel colors with no rear windshield. If you need to see behind you, simply check a viewing screen in the car!
I hate this feature. Forgive me. Maybe it’s the fact that I've driven a Corvette C8 and I have been able to experience how odd it was to refer to a camera rather than an actual mirror. To me, it feels like you're driving a moving coffin. When you show me a luxury vehicle without a rear window, all I can think about is a Sprinter van and a really depressing. Car manufacturers have spent the last 20 years inserting electronics between the driver and functional analogue features. Giant touch screens have replaced tactical and easy-to-use buttons.
I would have hoped they would have decided against the decision but I as well as the entire car community will just have to hold our breaths, hoping they change their mind before the debut at MIami Art week.'
