You Should Pre Washing Your Hair

Just as double-cleansing your face after a long day has become the norm for most product-wearing individuals, applying an oil-based pre-cleanser to your scalp before going in with shampoo is now recommended by many hair-care experts.

The concept behind scalp oils is simple: oil attracts oil. An oil pre-cleanser attracts all kinds of oils in our hair and scalp, such as sebum and stubborn hair product buildup. By applying the oil onto the scalp and massaging it with the scalp brush, not only does it nourish the scalp but it also helps to loosen oil build up on the scalp that often blocks hair follicles

Have some chores to do or a good Netflix show to watch? Apply some scalp oil just before! Your scalp and hair will thank you later! To get the most benefit from scalp oil, leave it in the hair for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic on the scalp. Scalp oils are generally formulated to focus on fortifying the health of the scalp, It's not so much about treating a hair type but rather the health of the scalp, which translates to a stronger, shinier and thicker mane.

You can buy the most expensive hair oil or hair mask to "repair" the hair but if the root cause isn't addressed then let's just say that your money could have been better spent! The skin on the head is just as important as the skin on the face
