You Can Now Workout To The Eras Tour Setlist

It's an enormous understatement to say that Taylor Swift has been having an incredible year.

In between smashing records on her world tour, re-releasing her album a number of times, earning Album of the Year at the Grammys, getting TIME Person of the Year, and cheering on her boyfriend during Chiefs games.

Taylor somehow manages to pull off an amazing feat of endurance every time she steps onstage.

With 44 songs from 10 eras, Swift's three-hour Eras Tour set list features the singer walking up and down a huge stage in front of tens of thousands of people.

All that cardio while also performing has to be a rigorous workout and spoiler alert - it is!

A TikTok user decided to put this to the test and went to her local gym to rent out a red room where she could comfortably sing all the eras songs!

How this works is you play the eras tour setlist from start to finish, and speed up the treadmill when a fast paced song is playing and slow it down to a jog when a slower song plays! You're essentially going to do this till you run out of songs or breath!
