While other stores have a strict return policy on their items, for Costco members, the time-frame for returns is potentially limitless.
Jackie Nguyen posted a video to TikTok, admitting she's never tested Costco's return policy before, but was about to try it for the first time - after two-and-a-half years of use and no receipt!
Once she was at the store, Jackie explained she roughly knew the date that she purchased the couch because she had some photos of it being delivered on her phone, and a sales assistant could look it up for her.
According to the Tik Tok, the user was asked by the Costco employee if there was anything wrong with the couch to which she simply replied she didn't like it anymore.
The user was issued a full refund and she was on her way!
The user adds, this may not work on ALL items sold at Costco but she still urges you to still try to get your money back!
