According to a poll by the American Psychiatric Association, American who do creative activities at least once a week said they're mental health was better, compared to those who didn't get creative as often.
These are the top activities people use to relive stress and anxiety:
- Listening to music: 77%
- Solving puzzles: 39%
- Singing or dancing: 25%
- Drawing, painting or sculpting: 24%
- Crafting: 19%
- Creative writing: 16%
