If you're in a job you hate and you've thought about quitting this is for you. According to an HR consultant, (HR Molly) it's a better option to get fired instead.
Molly explained that if you are fired, your chances of getting unemployment compensation are better than if you quit. There are, of course, exceptions to the rules-- but that depends on the circumstances.
