A Michelin star chef in Spain is adding fish semen to the menu.
Yes, you read that right.
The delicacy is called "shirako" and it can come from pufferfish, octopus, monkfish and cod. Chef Dabiz Muñoz posted a photo of dish on instagram and it's getting a LOT of reaction.
People who have tried it describe it as “strange,” “smooth and creamy” and having “the taste of the sea."
