Pizza is a Better Breakfast than Cereal

When it comes to breakfast, that cold slice of pizza might be a better option than cereal!

Nutritionist Chelsey Amer told The Daily Meal said quote, "You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories."

And if you think about it, you get more variety with pizza than sugary cereals. Chelsey said, quote "Pizza packs a much larger protein punch, which will keep you full and boost satiety throughout the morning." With cereal, you can ned up having a sugar crash, but the pizza will keep you stable and fuller longer.

No that's not to say that having a slice is the healthiest option for breakfast, but it's better than cereal and we call that a win!
