It might be time to brush back up on your piano, guitar, or other musical instrument skills because new study just revealed that being musically-inclined does make your more attractive to other people!

The study was published in Frontiers in Psychology and originally was aimed at "exploring the evolutionary origins of musicality," but what we really got out of it was that musicality actually does increase your chances of finding a partner.

Researchers conducted the experiment on a sample of 23 male and 35 female psychology students and anyone who saw a person's photo that was accompanied with music they were told was played by said person found that person more attractive.

You can read more from the study HERE, but it turns out that even if you can play the piano or the recorder that you might have a better chance at finding that special someone compared to someone who can't play the recorder!
