Have you ever felt weird having to tip a restaurant or store right in front of the employee? Turns out you're not alone and thanks to a viral TikTok we can all share in that awkward feeling!
A TikToker named Aubrey Grace went viral for summing up the exact moment when you have to decide to tip nothing at all or almost 25% in front of your server and it's essentially feeling "guilted to tip."
Obviously it's up to you on how much to actually tip, but just know that you don't have to tip everyone, just the servers and employees that you felt went above and beyond. Also try to check and see if the place you're going to actually pays their employees more than tips or splits tips up just to be more "tip-conscious."
