Lack Of Sleep Can Make Others Look Less Attractive To You

How much sleep are you getting every night? Turns out you might want even a few minutes more if you're trying to find "The One!"

A new study from Uppsala University in Sweden looked at how sleep affects how we view the world and they found that "sleep goggles" are just as bad as "beer or alcohol goggles" when going out.

Researchers used eye tracking tech to see what men and women saw in real time and students who spent one night with no sleep rated healthy-looking and neutral faces as less attractive than those who got a full eight hours of sleep.

Apparently when you don't get enough sleep, you don't look at other people's faces and read them like you normally would so you might want to push for those extra 15 minutes if you work in customer service and need to read customers' faces!
