Does the Viral TikTok "Psychology Love Eye Trick" Really Work?

A few months ago a TikTok went viral of how to make someone fall in love with you using your eyes.

Sophie-Rose dubbed the trick "the psychology love eye trick." She says to make someone fall in love with you, you have to look at your crush’s left eye for one second, then their lips for one and a half to two seconds, then finally their right eye for one second.

And according to experts, it kind of works!

Psychologist, Rachel MacLynn told Newsweek, quote, "Prolonged eye contact can “increase attraction and passion in individuals."

Relationship expert Tina Wilson said, quote, “Holding a gaze with someone you are interested in can create a powerful connection and helps to build trust.”

But make sure you have the right body language too because that can go a long way. Rachel MacLynn said, “Keep your body relaxed. Make sure that your arms are not crossed, eye contact is maintained and that you reciprocate signs of attraction.”
