Rebecca Makkai decided to rewatch all of "Friends" with her 14-year-old daughter has gone viral for tweeting all the outdated things she has to explain.

The list includes:
- Milk cartons used to have pictures of missing kids
- What pagers were and how they worked
- That you could see people off at the airport gate and meet arriving people there
- The fact that if Monica’s apartment was real, it would be worth millions of dollars
- How perfume samples worked in department stores (Remember Joey’s cologne spritzing gig?)
- Why people used to hold up lighters at concerts
- What a “great rack” is
- That people used to have to memorize other’s phone numbers
- What “closure” is at the end of a relationship
- That you could call your own answering machine to get your messages
