Harvard Psychologist Reveals What Dogs Dream About

There's something about a sleeping dog that just melts your heart, especially when they whimper, bark or twitch in their sleep. But we always wonder what our pups are dreaming about. Well, prepare to melt, because this is the cutest.

Dr Deirdre Barrett, a clinical and evolutionary psychologist at Harvard Medical School, has released a study about what dogs dream about. She said it is likely dogs dream about their everyday experiences. Which means there is a good chance that your pup is dreaming about YOU.

She told People : “Humans dream about the same things they’re interested in by day, though more visually and less logically. There’s no reason to think animals are any different. Since dogs are generally extremely attached to their human owners, it’s likely your dog is dreaming of your face, your smell and of pleasing or annoying you.”
