1. Ditch the negative thinking-- This includes negative thoughts about yourself, your loved ones, and your circumstances. Instead replace them with positive statements and affirmations. (see #4)

4. Let go of any remaining bitterness and resentment-- Start each day with a grateful heart.
5. Pause yourself from spending money on shopping sprees-- instead rid your life of things that remind you of your ex.
