How often do you continuously get calls or messages from your job even after you sign off for the day? Turns out if you live in Belgium that you don't have to deal with those messages anymore!
Under new regulations introduced in Belgium, government workers can now ignore their bosses if they're contacted after hours starting on February 1 unless it is an emergency and this needs to come to the US ASAP!
The movement is being called the "Right to Disconnect" and the decision is aimed at allowing "better focus, better recuperation and a more sustainable energy level" for employees at work and we're all about it!
