A new poll found the average American experiences 1,460 "small wins" a year which is about four a day.
What qualifies as a "small win"? It's pretty much anything that goes right in life. So think of things like rushing to work and making it on time, finishing a chore or hearing a song you like on the radio.
Of course, bigger things count too, like: finding money in your pocket, paying off a bill, hitting a goal or having the person in front of you at the drive-thru pay for you.
83% of people said ONE small win can sometimes turn their whole day around.
