No judgement from us, but if you were honest with yourself, how many pushups could you do right now?
According to a new survey from Gymless, the majority of Americans can't do more than 10 pushups even though the average should be between 13-28 pushups for adults in their 20-30s.
Now this doesn't mean all Americans are out of shape, but we just are tuning our bodies to do other things like walk really far and have great thumb dexterity when we swipe up on something.
You can read more about the survey here, but you might want to try doing at least one pushup this weekend just to boost your weekly average.
