Dating is supposed to be fun, right?
That's not always the case. Thrown in a global pandemic and you have the perfect storm for what's been coined "Dating Burnout."
If you've gotten fed up and sworn off dating app, you're absolutely not alone. New research from Hinge shows 61% of the app's UK users feel overwhelmed and fatigued when it comes to dating.
Logan Ury, Director of Relationship Science at Hinge, says "Dating burnout can manifest itself in different ways for different people. You might be feeling hopeless and worry that there’s nobody out there who’s right for you. Or you might want to give up dating altogether."
So what should you do if you're dealing with dating burnout?
Take a break from dating, then ease back into it and be intentional.
