In flight entertainment just got more entertaining.
According to a press release, American Airlines will now allow passengers to use Tiktok for up to 30 minutes for FREE. If you don't already have the app installed, the airline says you'll be able to download it free while in the air.
But there are a few catches. First, this new promotion is a trial and customer response will determine how long the trial will last. Also, it doesn't sound like you won't be able to get this on every American Airline flight. The offer is limited to narrow-body aircrafts that have Viasat Wi-Fi systems. American uses a few Wi-Fi providers, so chances you'll be on one of their narrow-body planes with Viasat seems slim.
