Hundreds of National Guard troops are currently in DC to protect against any riots or protests during the weekend up to Joe Biden's inauguration as President, but what you might not realize is that most of the troops can't go home.
That's why We the Pizza has added an option on its online ordering page for customers to donate pizzas to the National Guard for $12 per pie!
The even better part is that the company will match every pizza that is donated with a pizza of their own so you're essentially donating two pizzas for the price of one to the National Guard in DC.
We the Pizza had to bring in dough from Northern Virginia franchises in Crystal City and Ballston to fulfill the first round of National Guard orders, but they want people to keep donating pizzas.
