Today is also the day we celebrate the birth of a national symbol of goodness and light... the great TAYLOR SWIFT turns 29 today!

Speaking of Tay.... DID YOU KNOW... Taylor Swift employed facial recognition technology to search for stalkers in her concert crowds??

Welp... she did.

This year's Reputation Stadium Tour attracted nearly 75,000 per night. Outside the venues, Taylor played concert rehearsal footage on a large screen. Cameras secretly scanned the faces of fans as they watched the video.

Rolling Stone magazine reported (quote) “The images were transferred to a Nashville command post, where they were cross-referenced with a database of hundreds of the pop star’s known stalkers.”

It's delicate. Now, let's take a look at some copy-paste-water-cooler stuff from the InternetOfThings®...

Millennials dreaming big … According to a new survey, 65 percent of Millennials believe they will have a million dollars in the bank by the time they turn 45. But, economists who are watching the habits of Millennials are not so hopeful. They point out that half of Millennials don’t have any money in savings, which sort of means they’re either getting a late start -- or won’t start at all. (MarketWatch

'Tis the season … of over-indulgence. According to a new survey, 10 percent of respondents say they have NO rules when it comes to their health and diet during the holidays. 44 percent say they just live by the motto, “The diet starts in January.”

The same survey found that 20 percent of respondents say they are much more grumpy, tired and irritable than they are happy and joyful during the holidays. (VitalSmarts

How long do you think it takes to know if the person you are dating is “the one”? According to a new study out of the University of Chicago, married people said it took them an average of 172 days to know they wanted to tie the knot with the person they were dating. (Buzz 60

Are you taking a road trip for the holidays? According to a new survey by Quaker State, lots of us will be singing Christmas songs together in the car. In fact, 67 percent said they sing together in the car while traveling for the holidays. The most popular song for people to belt out is "Jingle Bell Rock" – with 37 percent saying it was their favorite song to sing along to. "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" were other popular holiday tunes to sing together. (SWNS

NEWS FLASH: JAMES BOND HAS A DRINKING PROBLEM

Researchers in New Zealand have studied each of the James Bond movies and have discovered that James has a “severe, chronic alcohol problem.”

He averages 4.5 drinking events per film, which lead to risky behaviors, such as high-stakes gambling, fights, car chases and unprotected sex.

The researchers conclude that James gets some professional help so he can better handle his on-the-job stress. (Vice)

ICYMI from yesterday... RUN LATE... LIVE LONGER! Science says so, so it MUST be true. Read the results of this study that says flat out that if you are late... you are in a better state of health and wellness. Now, this survey didn't cover what effects your tardiness might have on the stress or anxiety of others... that's probably coming in 2019.
